How do we book you to photograph our wedding?
Once you have confirmed your wedding day get in touch with me as soon as you can to check my availability.
When you go through my contact form, give me as much information as you can and then we can either meet in person for a coffee and a chat or if you know which package you want to go for you can book online.
To secure your booking with me I require a signed contract along with a non-refundable booking fee of £200, the remainder of the due is due one calendar month before your wedding day.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
When do you start photographing and how long would you stay at the wedding?
Around 3 hours before the ceremony I will arrive to photograph the bridal preparations, I capture all of the details such as the wedding dress, the wedding shoes and those amazing floral bouquets. I will also photograph the bridal party getting ready.
If you are going for a second wedding photographer in your package then at the same time the bridal preparations are taking place the second photographer will be with your partner.
I stay until around half an hour after your first dance to capture the fun and celebrations on the dance floor.
What are formal group photos and how many groups should we have?
I love natural and relaxed photos but I also know how important to you to have those classic family and friends’ portraits from the day. I usually recommend limiting these groups to no more than 10 so it does not take too long. We will get these done as soon as we can after the ceremony (it’s good to get them out of the way).
I generally recommend this list to all of my couples, however they are your photos and you can chose withever combinations you want.

And then a group one of everyone.
How many photos do we expect to receive and when?
I never limit myself on how many images I take on a day and I estimate provide a gallery with a minimum of 500 images and could be up to 800, which shows your wedding story in the best way. Every wedding image will go through a very careful selection and post production, where I work on every individual image. Timing can be slightly different from wedding to wedding, it all depends on what time a year it is and how busy I am with other jobs, but generally it takes 4-8 weeks for the final gallery. Then I send you an online password protected gallery to view and share your images with your family and friends, where they also can purchase digital files, prints, wall art or USB’s directly from me.
If you have any products in your chosen package then it will be sent to you 1-2 weeks after you have received your online gallery. Any extra purchase via online gallery usually take similar time to be posted.
I keep your online gallery open and available for at least 4 weeks, which gives you all plenty of time to download images or make any purchases.
Do you require a meal on a day?
I would never say “you must feed me” however I always appreciate nice fresh food after lots of hours of working. It does not have to be a 3 course meal, simple food from the bar is very appreciated to top up my energy levels. Otherwise I may find I have to leave the venue for some fresh food hunting, what can be very difficult in some rural locations.
Most of the venues do provide a cheaper meal option for suppliers so please check it with your caterer/venue first.
When should we book “Love Story” pre wedding session if we wish to have it?
Pre wedding sessions are amazing to have around 3-4 months before the wedding or if you would like to use your photos for the wedding invitations or save the dates we can do it sooner.
I love this session a lot and always recommend to my couples to have it done, it really makes such a difference to the day. It gives you the confidence in front of the camera, gives me a great idea on how is the best way to capture you and it also builds an amazing friendship between us.
